Welcome to the 6 Months to Slim blog!

I hope to use this blog as a means to help and inspire others.  I want to share how I lost 50 pounds in 6 months, explain why I did what I did, share tips and tricks for nutrition and exercise, and most importantly, answer any questions you have.

In the tabs above, I have shared my initial story, before and after pictures, my dieting philosophy, and my workout regimen.

My biggest hope is that I get feedback from you in the comments or personal messages.  I want to write about what you want to hear about! Tweet me, Facebook me, Pin me. :)
