Sometimes I just don't know what to pick up when I go to get snacks at the store!
I printed out a huge list of healthy snacks off the internet and highlighted what I would actually eat and took it to the store! I found that to be really helpful, so I decided to make my own list. It's pretty straightforward, but sometimes you just need a list to remind you of good options you may not have thought of.
These are very "grab and go" options. On Sunday nights, I will take an assortment of snacks like these and separate them into single serving bags. I throw plenty of different options into a "snack box" in the fridge or pantry. It's quick and perfect for making my lunches each morning!
