Motivation Wall!

I've been hearing a lot about motivational walls and boards lately. This afternoon I decided to make my own!
I searched pinterest for the word "motivation" and found plenty of quotes that I knew I wanted on my wall.

I added a few things that mean something to me. For instance, since starting work early each morning, I've started drinking soda to get caffeine. It's a terrible, terrible habit! I'm trying to kick it, and they say it takes 21 days to make/break a habit. I put up a post-it flag for each consecutive day I go without it! 

I did something along the same lines for working out. I put up 35 flags to pull down each time I have a good workout, and put in some incentives after each week of solid workouts. 

For the pounds I have left to lose, I put a before picture on one side of the towel rod and a later picture on the other side, with colored binders to move from one side to the other as each pound is (hopefully) lost. 

I'm excited to look at it each morning and let it motivate me for the day! I have a board on pinterest with some of the quotes from my wall, follow it if you'd like some of them on yours! :)
