150 Challenge

Here it is, folks. I just peeled myself off the floor after completing this workout tonight. 
Looking for a challenge? Try it out for yourself! No equipment needed, so no excuses allowed! 
We did a jog/sprint in between each round, it helped break it up a bit. Do it at your own pace, but once you start, don't stop! You'll be amazed at the sense of accomplishment you feel afterwards.


PS In the world of exercise, burpees are the devil. Love to hate those guys.
