One Week Results!

I have officially completed one week of the Isagenix 30 Day System and could not be happier with my results!

I have lost 8.5 lbs, 6 inches off my stomach, 3 inches from my hips, 3 inches from my waist, and several inches from my legs as well. It is definitely targeting all of my "trouble areas" which has been amazing!

I feel great. I have so much more energy! I don't feel like I am on a diet or missing out on meals, because I don't! My family eats together really often, probably 5 times a week. On shake days, I choose to have my third meal with them. It is hard to explain how full I feel on shake days. They are so packed with protein and good nutrients that I can barely finish them! And I am not bored of the shakes, because I am always trying new recipes. My favorites have been a strawberry mango and chocolate peanut butter banana. :)

I want to stress that my workouts are not what have brought this quick success. I have worked out only three days during this week. I met with my personal trainer and did a basic weight training program and a few minutes of boxing, boxed the next day, and last night I did my weight program at home. I was consistent with working out before starting the program and didn't get the results I'm seeing now. I'm going to stick with a 5-6 day workout program, 3 of which being weight training and another 2-3 boxing. If you'd like the weight training program, I can post it, it's very easy and can be done at home with hand weights! :)

As exciting as my first week results are, I wish I could fast forward and see my 30 day results! I can only imagine what keeping up with this program will do. I have two friends starting the program with me this week. The added accountability will be awesome.
