At-Home Arms Pyramid


Here's my first workout for you guys! It's short, but you should feel the burn. If once isn't enough, push yourself to go through it two or three times!

A few tips...
When doing arm circles, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and keep your arms at parallel with your shoulders, but be sure to keep your shoulders down. Draw small circles in the air, then go back and draw them in the opposite direction.
For the bird flaps, stay in the same position, flatten your hands and move them up and down quickly as if you  are flapping your wings, but its a very short movement. Your arms should be burning a bit by now.
For the tricep dips, I use a chair to lower myself. If these are too easy, do a single leg tricep dip.
The others are pretty self explanatory.

The next workout I will be posting is a full body at home workout to get your heart rate up without any equipment. :)
