Top 3 Free Diet/Exercise Apps!

Happy Black Friday!

In the spirit of the deals flying around today, I'll share with you my favorite Top 3 FREE Diet/Exercise Apps!
All of these are available on the App Store for iPhones as well as the Google Play Store for Androids.

1. Daily Workout Apps by Daniel Miller

In the App Store there is one app called Daily Workouts, which include all of the workouts that are available on the Google Play Store. The workouts available are for your abs, arms, butt, and legs. There are also cardio and yoga apps available.Each of these apps come with videos of the moves and options of doing a 5, 10, or 15 minute workout. You'll feel it!

2. Calorie Counter by Fat Secret

This app is amazing for keeping track of what you eat. It has an exercise and diet tracker. There are great charts to track your weight loss and calorie intake. It is so easy to track your foods in this app, with thousands of entries that are easily searchable, restaurant menus, and a barcode scanner that will automatically pull up all of the nutritional information, it's easier than ever to track what you're eating. For me, tracking every thing I eat during the day is an excellent way to keep me accountable, and is a quick fix to mindless eating.


3. Hundred Pushups Free by Softwarex LTD

I did this app with my roommate a month or two into my transformation. I started without being able to do even one "real" pushup and completed the program! No matter what your beginning level, it pushes you with intervals and breaks to be able to do one hundred pushups in just six weeks. It tracks your progress along the way and adjusts itself, so you don't get left in the dust without being able to complete the next day. Get this app! It takes literally just a few minutes a day.
