This morning I got up and got ready to shower until I read something that said "Earn your shower."
So I decided to do just that... and make a workout set to share with you! :)
I ended up working on this and I really like it the way it turned out! It takes a little over 10 minutes to go through it once. Try to switch between moves quickly and keep moving to get the most out of your workout!
This morning I did this circuit along with my at-home arms pyramid and some leg workouts.
I'd love some feedback on these workouts! I will start posting them more often if you like them! :)
