One Ingredient Wonder.

So, tonight I was hungry, and craving my favorite- ice cream. But I've eaten really clean all day and I want to get one more fruit serving in.
Here's what I do. I go to the freezer where I have a cut up banana.
Then, I put it in a blender. 
That's it.
I'm not kidding you, it was great. If you have a good enough blender, it will come out just like soft serve.
Seriously, go try it.
You can also add peanut butter or something else to it if you want to get more creative, but how can you beat a sweet ice cream alternative made entirely out of fruit for just 100 calories? 
Some tips - I used a banana that had been a bit on the brown side (thus why I threw it in the freezer.) I also had it cut into small pieces and let it thaw a bit before throwing it in the blender, that really helped as well.
I'll add pictures when I try it again. I just couldn't wait to share it with you. :)
